HR Leadership Role
This pivotal leadership position drives HR, safety, and culture functions across the organisation. You will lead and mentor the People, Culture, and Safety team, providing strategic and operational HR guidance.
* Lead and mentor the People, Culture, and Safety team, ensuring effective talent management.
* Provide strategic and operational HR guidance, including workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational development initiatives.
* Champion a positive, values-led culture that fosters performance, accountability, and wellbeing.
* Lead safety and wellbeing initiatives, including WorkCover processes.
* Oversee industrial relations, including enterprise bargaining and Fair Work compliance.
* Partner with senior leadership to strengthen governance, compliance, and people strategy.
About You
* Possess tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or Organisational Psychology.
* Demonstrate at least 5 years' experience in HR leadership, preferably within community services, aged care, or disability sectors.
* Show strong knowledge of employment legislation and Fair Work processes.
* Demonstrate ability to build trusted relationships, influence outcomes, and manage complex people issues.
* Exhibit proactive, collaborative, and values-driven approach.
