Pelicano is one of Sydney's most vibrant late-night destinations, combining an energetic restaurant, lounge, nightclub and events space in the heart of Potts Point. We're growing our team ahead of a huge summer and are on the hunt for promotional staff, brand ambassadors, bartenders, bar managers, floor staff and bottle service hosts to join our dynamic crew.

Event/venue Promoters
Our venue offers dedicated spaces, bars, and atmospheres tailored to every type of event — a true promoter's dream. It features a full club with a DJ and VIP tables, a restaurant for fine dining, supper events, or corporate dinners, as well as separate, customisable areas for corporate functions and brand launches.
Promoter Requirements
* Candidates must have demonstrable events experience, promotional experience, and established network contacts within the industry.
Bartenders
Experience working in fast-paced bars or clubs is an essential requirement. Cocktail-making skills are a strong advantage.
Bartender Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of fast-paced bar or club experience is required.
* Availability on Fridays and Saturdays
Our people need to be:
* Confident, outgoing personalities who love engaging with people.
* A professional approach to customer service and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
* RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
