We are a busy immigration law firm seeking a proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office.
This is a hands-on support role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping an office organised and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and managing the front desk
* Answering calls and directing enquiries
* Managing meeting rooms and appointments
* Assisting with office setup for new staff
* Basic troubleshooting with computers and office equipment
* Keeping the office tidy and well organized
* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks

* Friendly and professional with clients
* Practical and proactive – someone who notices what needs to be done
* Comfortable helping with basic technology or office equipment
* Organized and able to manage multiple small tasks
* Reliable and takes ownership of their work
Qualifications
Previous reception or office administration experience is preferred but not essential.
