Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Adelaide, SA. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls, providing administrative support, operating office equipment, and performing clerical tasks. Additionally, the role requires maintaining effective communication within the office and assisting with various day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
* Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
* Administrative Assistance and general Clerical Skills
* Proficiency in using Office Equipment
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus
* have good experience in reading and understanding floor plans and construction documentation.
* have some experience in the construction industry
