Your role As a Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer in our Industrial Service Group, you'll guide purposeful work that supports the future of our Clients. Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, y ou’ll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world. What you’ll be doing • Connecting with Clients – support clients in defining, solving and delivering projects • Leading and Collaborating – lead less experienced engineers and work closely with a range of other engineering disciplines to explore creative solutions • Providing insights with care – share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making • Delivering Value – delivering on our promises to our Clients • Improving systems mindfully – use thoughtful techniques to understand performance and identify areas for positive change What you’ll bring You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work. You’ll also have: A relevant engineering degree and be registered with the Board of Professional Engineers Queensland in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering A strong ability to shape thoughtful and effective solutions Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people In-depth knowledge of light industrial and heavy industrial projects Fundamental knowledge and application of key Australian Standards Experience in design of low voltage, instrumentation and control systems Basic understanding of functional safety and Hazardous Area principles Why Work in Gladstone, QLD?
