Job Title: Facilities Management Professional
The Facilities Management Professional will be responsible for the daily oversight of facilities operations, ensuring site logistics and physical security are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement facility maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Administer activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and building security, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Ensure the presentation and upkeep of facilities are maintained to high standards, overseeing caretakers and contracted staff.
* Manage logistics within the facilities, collaborating with the Operations team to enforce security protocols and standards.
* Conduct inspections for repairs or renovations of facility structures, coordinating access for clients, guests, contractors, and suppliers.
* Promote safe work practices, oversee staff as directed by management, and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience in scheduling or coordination of contractors and external vendors is highly desirable.
* Proven experience working with building compliance legislation is an advantage.
* Proficient use of computer software and Microsoft Office programs is essential.
* Demonstrated experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Office Management, or Security Management is highly beneficial.
* Strong understanding of compliance and rectification processes for identifying and managing building defects.
* Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance are required.
