Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Develop goals, policies, procedures, and standards of care to drive quality results and patient satisfaction.
* Team Management: Oversee unit personnel, assign work based on competency, education, and training, and maintain proficiency with relevant technologies.
* Personnel Management: Manage hiring, evaluation, discipline, and termination processes to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
* Training and Development: Ensure proper orientation and ongoing training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Labor Relations: Lead labor relations activities within assigned units to foster positive working relationships.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current, unrestricted nursing license in the assigned state is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is preferred, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience demonstrating management potential and clinical proficiency.
