Alliance Automation is expanding in Newcastle, and we're looking for a standout Engineering Project Manager to take the reins on high-impact projects across the Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, and Heavy Industries sectors.

Responsibilities
* Leading the full lifecycle of engineering projects — from concept to commissioning
* Collaborating with clients to define scope, requirements, and success outcomes
* Building and managing project budgets and schedules with precision
* Driving the design, development, and delivery of high-performance control systems
* Ensuring every project meets our high standards — on time and on spec
* Providing ongoing support and building long-term client relationships
* Championing a strong HSEQ culture across all aspects of project delivery
Qualifications
* Proven experience in resource planning and project management
* A track record of success in Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, or Heavy Industry
* Strong client engagement and communication skills
* Leadership that inspires teams and drives results
* Hands‐on expertise in PLC/SCADA system design and development
