You will oversee desktop systems, AV/VC setups, and inventory management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.* Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems* Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, end user equipment, video conferencing and network issues* Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security* Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel* Recommend hardware and software solutions, including acquisitions and upgrades* Participate in IT and infrastructure development projects* Conduct training programs for basic and specialised applications* Lead and supervise a small team of field technicians across multiple sites* Coordinate department activities and advise cross-functional teams* Supervise inventory and AV/VC delivery for Melbourne site**What You Will Bring:*** Master's degree with 4+ years, Bachelor's with 6+ years, or High School with 8+ years of related experience* Proven leadership in technical support and infrastructure delivery* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills* Ability to make decisions within company policy to meet business objectives* Experience establishing procedures and recommending policy changesWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
