Your Mission

To support this commitment we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Quality and IMS Manager to champion our quality initiatives and cultivate an industry‑leading culture. You will have the autonomy and influence to shape quality systems, ensure compliance, and empower our teams to put quality and safety first.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Implement: Manage a team to drive continuous quality improvement through our quality management systems, procedures and programs.
* Manage Quality Control Systems: Maintain our existing quality management systems which complies with Australian Standards ISO9001 and standard to ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality control and customer expectations.
* Monitor Quality Performance: Analyse quality metrics and performance data to identify improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of processes.
* Maintenance Documentation: Operate and perform to the standards specified in the Quality Management Manual, Procedures and Work Instructions formed through IS09001.
* Coach & Inspire: Be a credible leadership quality coach, reinforcing our strong quality culture across all levels.
* Empower & Educate: Collaborate with other leaders and Departments to educate them on best practice quality practice and provide the tools to enhance their quality performance.
What You Bring to the Table
* Qualification: Ideally a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field, and/or certification in quality management.
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in heavy equipment manufacturing or similar) and a strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
* Audit Management: Proven experience in audits and maintaining ISO accreditation through strong attention to detail, analytical skills and technical knowledge.
* Exceptional People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships and inspire teams.
* Collaborative Leadership: A team player with experience working across multifunctional teams.
