As our eCommerce Assistant, you'll play a key role in bringing our online store to life. Maintain and optimise product listings, ensuring every detail from imagery to descriptions reflects our quality and style, while assisting with an inspiring and seamless shopping experience for our customers, every day.
How you will spend your day:
* Update product listings, pricing, and online merchandising with accuracy
* Assist with daily website checks, reporting and order management
* Support campaign launches, product uploads and promotional activity
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve product or site issues promptly
About You:
* Experience in eCommerce or a related field is an advantage, but not essential
* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with website performance metrics
* Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Proactive mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
