Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to deliver financial objectives, support growth initiatives, and drive commercial decision‐making across the business.
* Own and manage business unit and operational P&L performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
* Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‐range planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
* Develop and maintain robust financial models covering revenue, workforce planning, operating costs, profitability, cash flow, and investment scenarios.
* Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting, providing meaningful analysis and actionable business insights.
* Monitor financial performance, project profitability, utilisation metrics, and delivery costs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve margins and business outcomes.
* Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and Delivery functions to support strategic planning and operational performance.
* Provide commercial analysis and financial modelling to support business expansion, strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and organisational growth opportunities.
* Support merger, acquisition, and integration activities through financial analysis, due diligence, valuation support, and post‐acquisition performance tracking.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, statutory obligations, financial policies, and corporate governance frameworks.
* Strengthen financial controls, risk management practices, and internal governance processes while driving continuous improvement across finance operations.
* Lead external audit activities and manage relationships with auditors, advisors, and regulatory stakeholders as required.
* Drive optimisation of finance systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, and financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
* Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members, fostering a high‐performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Serve as a key finance leader and combining strategic thinking with hands‐on execution to support organisational growth and transformation.
Key Requirements
* CA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
* 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership and business partnering responsibilities.
* Experience within IT consulting, professional services, technology, or project‐based environments highly desirable.
* Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, reporting, governance, compliance, commercial finance, and stakeholder management.
* Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and business performance improvement capabilities.
