Roster Pattern - Days - 39.50 hours - 504502.pdf Proposed Roster - Days - 61.50 - 504503.pdf What you’ll do Support person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals and working to achieve them; Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting and medication administration; Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed; and Administration duties and mandatory reporting What you’ll bring Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans; An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities; Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity; Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration; Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience; A valid drivers licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate). (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
