About the Role:
We are seeking a driven leader to join our Direct Sales team as a Senior Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-performing sales agents and converting loan applicants into funded customers through phone, email, and SMS outreach across the application journey.
* Develop and refine sales strategies for customer segments and lending products, optimizing approaches for personal loans and car loans.
* Lead optimization of multi-channel contact strategies across phone, email, and SMS to maximize customer engagement and application completion rates.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine lead qualification criteria and ensure alignment between customer acquisition and sales conversion activities.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance against established KPIs using data analytics, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities across the sales team.
