Reporting into the People Culture and Inclusion Manager, the
People and Culture Partner
will join our P&C; Department on a permanent basis at our South Guildford Head Office.
This role involves partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people plans that align with business goals and support a positive workplace culture.
Roster:
Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)
What You'll Do:
Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and drive performance outcomes
Develop and implement annual people plans informed by workforce data and business insights
Lead and support cyclical people initiatives such as performance reviews, talent calibration, and remuneration reviews
Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and improve employee engagement
Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and change management activities
Coach and influence leaders on people-related matters, including leadership development and team effectiveness
Monitor workforce trends and provide strategic advice to proactively address risks and opportunities
Skills & Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field
Significant HR experience, including experience in senior operational role
Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders
Experience navigating and adapting within evolving operating models
Sound knowledge of HR frameworks and best practices
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
