**About the Role**
Reporting to the COO, we are searching for a Retail Director to oversee the retail business. There are 3 main areas this role is responsible for:
1. Store Operations:
- Through your National Manager, ensure Store Leaders are inspired to uphold values, deliver outstanding service and achieve financial targets.
- New store design and implementation
- Promotions, role out and execution
- Identify potential new store options
- Ensure National Manager has all training and support needed to coach Store Leaders.
- Deliver appropriate representation of the brand to customers
2. Strategic Planning:
- Develop, plan and coach training for customer experience
- Develop medium and long-term strategic plans
- assess operations and outcomes across each store location, identify opportunities, changes and incentives
- Oversee and communicate Budgets and KPIs to align with operational goals
3. Reporting:
- Review performance via National Manager
- Develop monthly and quarterly reporting to deliver to the board covering retail store performance

- Proven success in high-level Retail Management roles
- Demonstrated experience in a strategic role, supporting operations and senior leadership team
- Strong understanding of stock management and retail operations
- Proven understanding of the customer journey and lifecycle
- Strong training and coaching skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Clear and open communicator
- Reliable and self-motivated
- High energy and engaging personality
- Passionate about sustainability and minimising carbon footprint

- Travel across Australia and New Zealand
