Primary Care is a program area of Each responsible for delivering a range of Primary Care services including Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and Oral Health. The General Practice and Nurse Led Specialty Service operates as a team within Primary Care and is responsible for delivering high quality medical and nursing services across the outer east region of Melbourne.
We are a multidisciplinary team of GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Bicultural Workers and Allied Health Professionals working collaboratively and alongside the Refugee Health Program. We are a recognised Sexual and Reproductive Health Hub for the Department of Human Services as well as one of the Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinics in Victoria.

As a valued part of our multidisciplinary team, you will:
Deliver in‑person care, ensuring patients receive timely, accessible support.
Coordinate care and referrals, providing a holistic and integrated approach to healing.
Advocate for best practices in sexual and reproductive health, empowering patients with knowledge and options.
Support and uplift Nurse Practitioners, strengthening the impact of primary healthcare.
Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring patient trust and confidentiality.
Be a force for progress, contributing to continuous improvements in care and service delivery.

To Step Into This Role, You’ll Bring
GP Registration: Vocationally registered GP with FRACGP or ACRRM.
AHPRA Registration: Unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
Specialised certification: Women’s sexual and reproductive health certification.
