About the Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their buying journey. This is a part -time position (35 hours per week), wtith weekend work. You will have the chance to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with uncapped commissions, giving you the potential to earn above your base salary. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service, building rapport with customers to understand their needs Assist customers in selecting high-quality furniture pieces, offering expert product knowledge Meet and exceed sales targets to maximise commission potential Contribute to store operations, including maintaining product displays and stock levels Work collaboratively with a supportive team to drive business growth About You: Proven sales experience in a retail environment (furniture or homewares experience preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service A self-motivated individual who is driven by both personal and team success Availability to work weekends is essential A friendly, professional attitude with a desire to build long-term customer relationships What's on Offer: Base salary of $61K Super Uncapped commissions, so the more you sell, the more you earn!
