Leisure Operations Manager Role Overview
The Leisureplex is seeking a motivated and service-focused Leisure Operations Manager to join our team. As a key frontline leader, you'll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of one of the region's busiest recreation facilities.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversight of day-to-day centre operations and first point of contact for all patrons.
* Leadership of high-quality customer service delivery across early mornings, evenings and weekends.
* Clear communication, management of enquiries and accurate cash handling and receipting.
* Support and liaison with supervisors and other duty managers to deliver seamless recreation programs and facility services.
* Assistance with promotional activities and information distribution to showcase the leisure centre's offerings.
* Maintenance of staffing levels and rosters based on operational needs.
* Staff development and guidance to uphold customer service standards.
* Championing health and safety through staff wellbeing support, risk management and policy adherence.
