Talent Acquisition Professional
Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In this capacity, you will be a key player in shaping our company's culture and direction as we continue to grow. You will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to develop position briefs and oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing information to relevant internal stakeholders.
* Sourcing top talent: Work with our existing talent acquisition team to source and manage the candidate pipeline for roles across all departments, focusing on Software Engineers and Product Designers.
* Building relationships: Serve as an ambassador for our company, culture, and product, fostering strong relationships with candidates and offering constructive feedback.
* Managing recruitment processes: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and operationalize our inbound recruitment strategy, contributing creative ideas to attract the right talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and Pipelining: Identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates for various roles within the company.
* Candidate Management: Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance as needed.
* Recruitment Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
