About the Role
As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Greeting and assisting customers in a warm, professional manner
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
* Assisting the Service Department with daily bookings and batch printing
* General administrative duties including printing, filing, scanning, and photocopying
* Supporting customer experience standards across multiple brands and programs, including:
o Isuzu Care
o Mitsubishi Customer One
o BYD
To Succeed in This Role, You'll Bring:
* A positive, customer-focused attitude
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service
* Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Professional communication and interpersonal skills
* A reliable, punctual, and well-presented approach

* Availability to work Monday to Friday
