Contract: 6-8 weeks (with possibility of extension) Onsite Work - North Sydney Location Immediate Start A leading IT managed service provider and they are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to work onsite at one of their clients in the education sector, a leading and prestigious private school based in North Sydney area. You will be primarily involved in L1/L2 technical support across desktop, server, networking and printing environments, providing day-to-day support to internal users, with a strong focus on Apple device management. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 technical support via telephone, email, and face-to-face for all users, covering desktops, notebooks, printers, telephony, and general IT issues. Deploy, configure, and support Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) using JAMF / JAMF Pro. Manage the full Apple device lifecycle including enrolment, imaging, configuration profiles, policies, patching, and decommissioning. Create, modify, and remove user accounts in accordance with IT Department procedures. Provide technical assistance and work direction to other team members. Assist system administrators with backend maintenance and IT projects as required. Maintain accurate asset records, including Apple devices, in line with IT procedures. Key Requirements: Formal IT education and/or relevant qualifications Strong hands-on experience administering JAMF / JAMF Pro in an enterprise or education environment Proven experience rolling out and managing Apple devices at scale macOS and iOS troubleshooting and support experience Windows Active Directory administration Experience with helpdesk call logging systems Microsoft and/or Apple certifications (ACSP, JAMF 200/300) highly regarded Contract Rate: $40-$50 per Hour (incl. super) Job Ref: 4001398 TO APPLY: please click on the appropriate link.
