Siena College is seeking to appoint a Voice Teacher to teach private and small group lessons. This casual position commences in Term 1, 2026. The current enrolment projection is approximately 5 hours/1 day per week, depending on new enrolments and applicant availability.
Working within the Siena College Music Department, the Voice Teacher will be part of a team of instrumental specialists.
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate their ability to:
* teach junior and intermediate voice students through to VCE Music
* develop students' musical understanding through the study of repertoire
* inspire students' long-term participation in our instrumental and ensemble programs
* prepare students for solo and small group performance opportunities
* assist with various concerts and events throughout the year
VIT Teacher Registration or a Working with Children Check and National Police check are required before commencing the position.
