About the Role:
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential services to clients including domestic duties, personal grooming and hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance within the home and local community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and support prioritizing client well-being at all times
* Provide a range of domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, and household management
* Assist with personal grooming and hygiene needs such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Essential Requirements:
* A certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Home and Community Care, or a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
