This is a part-time Maternity Leave contract - 4 months to 1 year
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Driven to provide outstanding nutrition and education to young children
* Comply with all relevant legislation, early childhood regulations, policies, procedures, and work guidelines
* Have experience in cooking for a large amount of children at any one time
* Prepare weekly stock take and ordering
* Maintain and ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene such as cleaning and washing.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is essential for this role
* A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
* A certificate in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality is desirable
