The Role
* Mastering all operations, championing stock control, and orchestrating the store's rhythm
* Backing up our Store Manager, ensuring every operational and financial goals are met
* Keeping the safety torch ON, training teams with precision processes and WH&S compliance
* Collaborate with colleagues, ensuring everyone's in sync with operational shifts

Key requirements for this Role
* For Full Time: able to work 38hr, available to work at least one weekend
* Be looking to build a long-term career (2+ years) with leadership roles available in the future

Job Details
* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
* Pay: $27.25 - $40.00 per hour
* Expected hours: 38 per week

* Schedule: 8 hour shift, Rotating roster, Shift work, Weekend availability
* Supplementary Pay: Bonus, Commission, Overtime pay, Penalty rates, Performance bonus, Quarterly bonus
