About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Central Park store — setting the tone, driving sales, and leading your team to smash targets and create standout customer experiences.
We’re after someone who leads with energy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to make the store floor the place to be.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in store management (fashion retail preferred)
- Strong leadership skills — you lead from the front and inspire performance
- Results-driven with a strong focus on sales, KPIs, and store success
- Passionate about fashion, youth culture, and premium streetwear
- Skilled in operations, stock management, rostering & reporting
- A natural communicator with strong people and performance skills
- High attention to detail with an eye for visual merchandising
