Business Development Manager Opportunity
The role of a Business Development Manager is a key position within our organization. As a BDM, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth through strategic business development, expanding the customer base and increasing portfolio share with key accounts.
About the Role:
* Driving commercial growth within your territory through strategic business development.
* Expanding the customer base and increasing portfolio share with key accounts.
* Conducting face-to-face sales calls, product demonstrations, and managing the training of your customers.
* Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
* Providing market insights and competitor intelligence to support strategic planning.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in an infield sales role within the aesthetic industry (essential).
* Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical or aesthetic device market.
* Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to communicate scientific data confidently and persuasively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, science, health or related discipline (preferred).
* Strong territory-management skills, ability to manage a large geographical territory efficiently.
