The Role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer/Associate to work within their Commercial Litigation practice. The successful candidate for this role will join one of Brisbane's best litigation teams. This role will allow significant development as a commercial litigator, providing varied commercial matters under the guidance of highly regarded practitioners.
About you
To be successful within this role, you will have:
* 2-5 years PAE in a high-quality firm
* Very strong technical credentials and ability
* Outstanding litigation and dispute resolution experience in areas relevant to our team's broad practice including: commercial and corporate disputes, insolvency, property disputes, intellectual property disputes, building and construction disputes, commercial insurance/professional liability and regulatory matters
* Skills to manage a varied case load involving many areas of law
* Sound judgment and commercial acumen.
