Job Summary
This role involves overseeing and managing Sunwater's land and housing assets in a strategic manner. The position will be critical in providing operational support and offering expert advice to regional managers.
* Property Coordination: Assess third-party access requests, coordinate stakeholder approvals, liaise with applicants and staff, and conduct site inspections as necessary.
* Safety Risk Management: Help identify and mitigate safety risks associated with third-party access to Sunwater infrastructure and land.
* Property Portfolio and Compliance: Oversee Sunwater's regional housing assets, manage maintenance and refurbishment, and ensure compliance with tenure and access conditions.
Requirements
* 2-5 years' experience as a property professional with a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
* Expertise in managing diverse property portfolios, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to support strategic decisions.
* Native Title and Cultural Heritage assessment experience is highly desirable.
