We are looking to employ a PeopleSoft Delivery Principal for our clients ANZ Oracle Consulting Practice on a permanent full-time capacity to be based in Australia or New Zealand.
Working with a growing team of PeopleSoft consultants in Australia, New Zealand and Offshore Delivery Centres, the Delivery Principal will work closely with the Offshore Delivery Teams, the pre-sales PeopleSoft Solution Director and the PeopleSoft Managed Services team to deliver sustainable growth to ANZ customers.
**Leadership**
- Line management of PeopleSoft Consultants, conducting regular team meetings, idea sessions etc. and maintaining certifications and learning paths for each Consultant
- Hold regular meetings with Sales & Pre-Sales teams on upcoming opportunities and therefore determining demand against the current supply in the team
**Practice Growth, Strategy & Delivery**
- Ensuring the most efficient utilisation
- Working with Account Directors and Solution Directors (pre-sales) on current opportunities and assisting those teams with a Go To Market (GTM) in region
- Identifying growth opportunities within our current engagements
- Refinement and improvement of our Industry Solutions for PeopleSoft and our delivery methodology to support the successful implementations in all markets.
- Producing Monthly forecast for Practice and contributing to Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)
- Ensure customer success through regular check in with our customers and client satisfaction through go-live survey results
**Experience Required**
- Proven experience of working within a focused practice in a consultancy or software vendor
- Deep experience in running and managing multiple projects
- Strong implementation project experience in a Principal or Leader role
- Good understanding of commercial and legal documents
- Strong background in building strategy, supporting sales and pre-sales by providing input into bids and proposals
- Excellent communication skills and strong passion for practice improvement and quality
- Excellent stakeholder engagement capability and the ability to talk to and present to c-level executives
