What We Are Looking For The Fitter/Machinist role is responsible for quality workmanship of assembling, installing and fitting mechanical parts and components according to TEi specifications.
Key Responsibilities Perform light to heavy machining tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Undertake fitting duties both in the workshop and on-site as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to housekeeping and safety standards.
Contribute to apprentice training and share technical knowledge with team members.
Adhere to all HSEQ management systems, relevant regulations, standards.
Plan and execute all tasks with safety as a priority.
Skills Qualifications Trade Certificate (Fitter-Machinist or equivalent) is preferred Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in machining and fitting is highly advantageous Proven experience setting up, programming, and operating a wide range of machines.
Proficient in both manual and CNC machining operations.
Skilled in generating CNC programs from technical drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of fixture setup and precision tooling.
Demonstrated initiative in process improvement and workflow efficiency.
We offer competitive remuneration based on skills and experience - Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually.
