Eagers Automotive currently has an exciting opportunity to join our Service Team at TSV Automotive Garbutt as a Workshop Controller Foreman.
About the role: If you are a Senior Technician/Workshop Controller/Foreman looking to forward your career or seeking a change, we would like to hear from you today Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role is to help assist in coordinating day‑to‑day operations by planning, monitoring, and controlling all repair orders.
Duties will include:
* Providing support to the Service Manager
* Maintaining workshop efficiency and ensuring even flow of all work performed in the workshop
* Monitoring the quality of all work performed in the workshop
* Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments
About you: We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate tasks. If you would like to develop apprentices and other technicians as well as advance your own career, this is the role for you
You will ideally possess:
* Previous experience as a Workshop Controller Foreman and/or Senior Technician
* Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence
* Mechanical trade qualification
* Monday to Friday role with regular working hours
* Ongoing manufacturer and dealership training
* Stable, full‑time employment in a professional workshop
