THIS POSITION IS BASED IN A REMOTE COMMUNITY IN ARNHEM LAND, NORTHERN TERRITORY. What does your day look like as an Employment Consultant? Step into a role where you can make a real difference! As an Employment Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face for participants engaging in ALPA's Remote Aboriginal Employment Services (RAES) program. Your mission is to provide tailored, person‐centred support that helps individuals move toward sustainable and meaningful employment, all while meeting program guidelines and key performance measures. Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Employment Services, Centrelink Services, or DES Workforce Australia is preferred.
Responsibilities
Demonstrated responsibilities include providing tailored, person‐centred support to participants in the RAES program, ensuring alignment with program guidelines and measures, and helping participants move toward sustainable and meaningful employment.
