In this role, you will build relationships, secure new managements, convert leads, and work closely with rental providers, developers and referral partners to grow our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert new business opportunities
* Build relationships with developers, builders and referral partners
* Manage new listings through to leasing handover
* Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
Skills & Experience
* Experience in sales, business development or real estate
* Chinese speaking ability will be highly regarded
* Organised, proactive and results-driven
* Ability to work independently and within a team
