Production Manager
Location: Bassendean, WA
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Super
A well-established, privately owned Australian manufacturing and distribution business is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join its team. The organisation operates across multiple industrial sectors, delivering specialised products and solutions nationwide.
Reporting directly to the State Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing logistics, internal sales operations, and ensuring customer delivery expectations and contractual obligations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound warehouse activity and production scheduling
* Lead and support the internal sales team to strengthen customer relationships and account performance
* Ensure accuracy of inventory management and timely stock replenishment
* Collaborate closely with the State Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
* Implement process and procedural changes aligned with business objectives and budget requirements
* Engage directly with customers to support service delivery and ongoing partnerships

* Proven experience in people leadership, including team motivation, engagement, training, and development
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and interpersonal channels
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not essential
