Housekeeping Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our hotel.
As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests experience a clean, comfortable space. You will service all allocated guest rooms in accordance with brand standards, restock and clean the housekeeping trolley, check and restock room supplies, maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing all allocated guest rooms to meet brand standards
* Restocking and cleaning the housekeeping trolley
* Checking and restocking room supplies
* Maintaining cleanliness of guest corridors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Warm and caring personality to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
* Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
* Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
* Excellent organizational skills and time management
* Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
