We're seeking a Store Administrator to support our sales team. You'll be a passionate and dedicated self-starter, connecting with customers, ensuring recall stock is quarantined, meeting store targets, managing laybys, supporting stocktake, and championing our core values.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond.
2. Ensure recall stock has been quarantined and communicated to team members.
3. Meet and beat store targets.
4. Manage customer laybys including vendor and manual orders.
5. Support store stocktake.
6. Champion our core values on the shop floor in everything you do.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You'll need:
* Previous experience in a similar role (2-3 years).
* Understanding of new parents' needs.
* Natural communication skills and ability to manage people.
* Ability to guide customers through our range of brands and products.
* Track record of meeting and beating sales targets and KPIs.
* Ability to forward plan.
* Intermediate computer literacy.
