Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. As an HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to employees and management across various HR functions. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and conflict resolution, your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our HR department. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects aimed at enhancing our HR processes and fostering a positive work culture. This is a Full time permanent opportunity being offered with flexible working arrangement. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing employment-related documents, scanning/filing employee documents, and managing HR-related documentation. 
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, conducting phone interviews, coordinating pre-employment medicals, checking references, and making job offers. 
- Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, including document administration and HRIS data entry. 
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting and performance appraisals. 
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues. 
- Collaborate with managers to address underperformance and support disciplinary actions when necessary. 
- Assist in absence management reporting and provide support for return-to-work meetings. 
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues. 
- Assist in managing grievance cases and resolve conflicts between employees, fostering a positive and respectful work environment. 
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to foster a positive work culture. 
- Provide information and guidance to employees regarding salary, benefits, and leave entitlements. 
- Collaborate with the payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. 
- Assist in maintaining HR-related software systems and platforms.
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification(s) and/or 2 years of experience in progressive HR positions. 
- Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, principles, policies, and industrial instruments. 
- Exposure to end-to-end HR functionalities. 
- Demonstrated ability to build successful working relationships.
