Job Description:
This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a challenging and rewarding role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to children aged 0-12 years who may be experiencing difficulties with communication, feeding, and social skills.
Key responsibilities include assessing and developing comprehensive support plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing key worker support and advice to families and children.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech pathology, with experience working with children and families in a clinical or educational setting.
They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A current Victorian Drivers' Licence is required for this role.

* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
* Minimum 4 years' experience managing and supervising staff
* Knowledge and experience in assessment and intervention strategies for children with complex needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
