About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across mining sites in the Mackay region. This is a permanent opportunity with strong earning potential and company-provided tools.

Our client is a leading supplier of industrial products and solutions, supporting mining and construction operations across Queensland. They are known for delivering quality products and maintaining strong client relationships across the industry.
What You Will Be Doing
Generate leads and convert new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationshipsDevelop and execute sales and territory plansPrepare proposals and negotiate contracts Provide product knowledge across safety, tools, PPE and fastenersLiaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
What You Will Need
Previous experience in business development or salesMining industry experience preferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsOpen QLD Drivers LicenceAbility to pass Pre-Employment Medical & D&A
