**The Role**:
As the People & Culture Administrator, you will support the administrative functions for the People and Culture, Recruitment and Learning and Development teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- HR Administration
- Support probation, exit and onboarding processes.
- General administrative support
- Induction, Training and organisation development administration
**What you'll need**:
- Experience working in a similar HR or People and Culture administrative capacity
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Proven administration and data entry experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualification in HR or equivalent (would be an advantage)
