About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Business Partner to support our Shared Services functions, including Finance, IT, Engineering, Contact Centre and Supply Chain. This is a genuine business partner role with strategic impact, where you'll support functional leaders to drive engagement, performance, and talent management across multiple teams.
Reporting to our Head of People & Culture, you'll play a key role in aligning Shared Services initiatives with our national people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational HR support to Shared Services leaders and teams.
* Offer expert guidance on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
* Lead and support HR projects to deliver continuous improvement across the business.
* Drive talent strategies and lead and executive change initiatives, including organisational design.
* Support and implement national People & Culture programs across Shared Services.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a trusted HR Business Partner, ideally within a shared services environment.
* Strong experience managing complex employee relations cases.
* Demonstrated experience leading change management projects.
* Proven experience delivering strategic HR initiatives with measurable impact.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
