About the Opportunity
As the Pre- Contracts Manager, you will lead the entire tendering process, from start to finish. You will organise pre-tender briefings, manage submissions, and work with estimators to ensure contracts are successfully signed.
You will get to lead the team, where you will be to help them grow and make sure the tenders submissions are accurate and compliant, and completed and submitted within a timely manner.
About you
This role is ideal for an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager that has at least 8 years demonstrated experience within the Civil Construction industry and have the ability to ensure all tendering activity complies with regulatory and company standards.
To be considered for the role you must;
* Have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
* Ideally have contract law or procurement training (ideal, but not essential)
* Have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
* Have strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Hold a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills
