We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced retail manager to join our team. Minimum 3 years of retail sales and management experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff Maintain statistical and financial records Deal with customer queries and complaints Conduct monthly stocktakes and report to head office Maximize profitability and meet sales targets, including motivating staff Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation Prepare promotional materials and displays Liaise with head office in Darwin Tasks Ensure the store is open and closed according to trading hours Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about goods and services Ensure customers receive prompt service and quality goods Plan and prepare work schedules and assign staff to duties Examine returned goods and decide on appropriate actions Take inventory and order new stock as needed Ensure goods and services are correctly priced and displayed Enforce safety and security procedures Produce daily cash deposit and EFTPOS sales reports to head office Act honestly and ethically Perform monthly stocktakes and report to head office Keep the store clean and products well displayed We love to hear from you!
