We're looking for a Quality Assurance Advisor to play a pivotal role in strengthening our Travel business across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you'll go beyond traditional QA—leveraging data, critical thinking, and forward‐looking practices to uncover insights, enhance controls, and help evolve how we deliver quality at scale.
What You'll Do
* Lead and deliver monitoring, supervision, and audit activities across the end-to-end value chain
* Analyse operational data, trends, and control effectiveness to identify risks and improvement opportunities
* Conduct root cause analysis and translate findings into practical, high‐impact recommendations
* Prepare clear, insight‐driven reports and present outcomes to stakeholders across the business
* Track remediation plans, ensuring timely execution and measurable improvement
* Partner with leadership to uplift processes, frameworks, and governance standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, embedding best practice and operational excellence
* Support control testing, identify leakage, and recommend preventative actions
* Champion adherence to governance frameworks, promoting a culture of accountability and quality
What You Bring
Experience & Expertise
* Background in internal/external audit, QA, or control functions (insurance or financial services highly regarded)
* Experience monitoring operations across claims, assistance, sales, or compliance environments
* Familiarity with structured quality frameworks (ISO 9001:2015, RG271—advantageous)

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and uncover actionable insights
* Ability to think critically, challenge processes, and design smarter ways of working
* Comfortable making decisions and translating them into practical outcomes
