Job Summary

The Business Operations Manager will provide administrative support to ensure seamless dealership operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work autonomously and in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage tolls and fines
* Banking
* Sort through the mail and allocate
* Input supplier invoices
* Record Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) information for each vehicle
* Provide administrative assistance for all after-care sales transactions
* Follow up on outstanding information related to vehicle sales
* Organise and maintain dealership records, including signed sales contracts and documents


Candidate Profile

We are seeking a self-motivated and well-organised individual with a willingness to learn and grow, who possesses a can-do attitude, high attention to detail, and advanced data entry skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
