This is an exciting temporary role to support a worldwide known household company based in Osborne Park.
**Your new company**
With high standards for technology efficiency and improving responsible sourcing, these experts who've started out in the UK have been providing high quality services for 30 years. Their office is based in Osbourne Park, close to public transport and Innaloo's shopping centre.
**Your new role and responsibilities but not limited to**
- Providing excellent customer service to customers, visitors, and guests
- Notifying internal staff of visitor arrivals
- Operating phone calls in a professional manner, transferring calls where needed
- Assisting in administrative procedures to internal staff
- Maintaining a clean and safe front desk for other staff members and visitors
- Compliant to H&S procedures, rules, and regulations
- Keeping across security procedures; including monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges
- Training on the job
- Shifts varying between the office hours of 8am - 5pm (up to 38hrs)
- Assistants to technicians when needed including manual handling
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Having previous experience in reception will guide you to success in this role
- Experience in Microsoft suite is essential
- Experience with CRM's and SAP is highly desired
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Customer driven
- Strong organization skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Handling being under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
