Team Leader Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team for the HIPPY program in Kalgoorlie. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse families and make a positive impact on their lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising tutors, managing operations, and working closely with our team to achieve program goals.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support tutors in delivering high-quality services to families
* Manage day-to-day operations of the program, including scheduling and logistics
* Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement program strategies
* Ensure compliance with program standards and regulations
Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
* Minimum 2 years experience in early childhood services or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
