Job Description
This role reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering prescriptions accurately and timely. You will ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs, counsel patients, and provide friendly, positive interactions with all internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and guide staff to achieve financial and operational success
* Hire and manage staff performance
* Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely
* Ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet patients' needs
* Counsel patients on new and additional medications
* Create awareness and educate customers through public relations
Requirements
* Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A Pharmacists license
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail environment
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
* Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies
